During warm weather months, approximately May 1 thru September 30, all product will be shipped 2nd day air with ice packs. Warm weather climates may require air-freight year around. LEAD TIMES: Our lead times vary seasonally. To ensure availability, please order early! PAYMENT TERMS: Pre-payment with VISA or MC required on ALL initial orders. Customers may apply for NET 15 terms for all subsequent orders by submitting 3 verifiable credit references and banking information. Returned checks are subject to a $25 service fee. DAMAGED GOODS: Obvious damage of exterior shipping cartons must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt. Art CoCo is NOT responsible for damaged product. We strongly advise you retain all original packaging materials until you have resolved your claim with the carrier. RETURNS: Returns will NOT be accepted without prior authorization. A 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed and enforced for all refused orders and all returns that were shipped in accordance with the customer's instructions. SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE: All solid chocolate pieces have a shelf-life of 1year when kept at a constant temperature. Do NOT store chocolate in the refrigerator, as the humidity can promote blooming (white discoloration). The shelf-life of our filled chocolates is limited to the shelf-life of the actual fill.
